The Production Associate supports material planning, vendor coordination, and production readiness for our manufacturing operations. This role ensures that materials, schedules, and documentation are aligned to meet customer demand efficiently.

• Plan and coordinate materials required for production, considering cost, lead time, and inventory levels.
• Maintain relationships with suppliers; evaluate quality, delivery, and pricing performance.
• Partner with Supply Chain, Engineering, and Production to manage material transitions and minimize obsolescence.
• Process orders, track delivery status, and resolve discrepancies with suppliers or internal teams.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in production scheduling and inventory management.
• Collaborate across teams including engineering, logistics, and program management to ensure smooth production flow.

• 2–4 years of related industry experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or material management.
• Proficient in ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
