We are seeking motivated individuals to join our production team as Press Operator Trainee. This role offers comprehensive onsite training and an opportunity to build a rewarding career in the printing industry. Working alongside skilled operators and trainers, you will gain hands‑on experience with production procedures and equipment. Responsibilities

• Learn and assist with the setup, operation, and maintenance of printing press equipment.
• Follow production procedures and ensure quality standards are met.
• Complete production and quality documentation accurately and on time.
• Monitor press performance and notify the trainer or lead operator of any mechanical issues.
• Support team goals by maintaining safety, cleanliness, and efficiency on the production floor.
• Participate actively in training sessions to expand technical skills and mechanical understanding.

2nd Shift

Hours:

Monday – Thursday, 3:10pm - 1:40am

Skills & Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Mechanically inclined with strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Good vision and attention to detail.
• Ability to stand for the duration of the shift.
• Basic math knowledge and ability to follow measurements accurately.
• Computer literacy with experience entering data into software systems.
• Proven teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to lift between 30–60 lbs., approximately 40–60% of the time.
• Basic math skills for measurements and inventory management
