Machine Operator

Dynomax Inc., a leader in precision machining, injection molding, and tooling for aerospace and defense, is seeking a Machine Operator for our Manufacturing & Production team. In this on-site role, you will set up and operate CNC equipment to produce complex, tight-tolerance components, perform in-process inspections, and document results to meet rigorous quality standards. You'll collaborate closely with engineers and fellow machinists in a team-oriented culture focused on innovation, precision, and continuous improvement, while supporting production goals in a clean, safety-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines to produce precision aerospace and defense components to print
• Interpret blueprints, work instructions, and GD&T to ensure dimensional accuracy
• Use precision measuring tools to inspect parts and document results
• Monitor machine performance, adjust offsets, and troubleshoot issues to maintain quality and throughput
• Perform routine maintenance, tool changes, and changeovers
• Follow AS9100/ISO quality, safety, and 5
• S standards in the manufacturing cell
• Collaborate with engineers and team members to improve processes and reduce scrap
• Maintain accurate production records and communicate status to supervisors
