Molding Supervisor

Dynomax Inc., a leader in precision machining, injection molding, and tooling for aerospace and defense, is seeking a Molding Supervisor for our Manufacturing & Production team. In this on-site role, you will lead daily injection molding operations, overseeing setup, optimization, troubleshooting, and changeovers to consistently produce complex, high-precision components. You will supervise and mentor a team of molding technicians, enforce rigorous quality and safety standards, and collaborate with engineering to improve processes, reduce scrap, and support continuous improvement in our innovative, team oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily injection molding production and shift activities
• Coordinate mold setups, changeovers, and process optimization
• Troubleshoot molding issues to maintain quality and uptime
• Ensure adherence to quality, documentation, and customer specs
• Lead, train, and mentor molding technicians and operators
• Monitor production metrics, scrap, and efficiency; drive improvements
• Collaborate with engineering on tooling, process, and design changes
• Enforce safety policies and maintain a clean, organized work area
• Assist with scheduling, resource allocation, and labor planning
• Support continuous improvement, lean, and 5
