Meeting Event Marketing Coordinator

As a brand owner, Federated has 100 years’ experience growing food brands through innovative programs and services that address the ever changing needs of our customers and their consumers. We are currently looking for a dynamic Meeting Event Marketing Coordinator
.

This position is based out of our Arlington Heights, IL headquarters office.

The successful candidate will be responsible for executing various aspects of meeting event planning, including internal and external communications, management of registration and appointment scheduling, management of room blocks with hotels, material staging, equipment and display purchases, and/or rental of equipment and/or displays.

Facilitate communication between department leaders, key vendors, and meeting constituents.

Plan, develop, and execute timely marketing programs and corporate communications for internal and external audiences that support business priorities and growth.

This role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines, and multi-tasking.

The desired candidate must have a strong knowledge of all aspects of meeting event planning as well as the ability to write creatively and succinctly in a variety of communication settings and styles.

Strong organization, problem solving, and computer skills including working with social media platforms are critical to the success of the candidate.

A minimum of three (3) years’ experience in meeting event planning and/or corporate communications is preferred. Must have the ability to work flexible hours to meet specific deadlines.
