Location: Arlington Heights, IL (Plaza)

Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week;
Monday-Friday 9am-5pm. Weekend on call rotation

Clearbrook is a non-profit, social services agency that is dedicated to providing innovative services, tools and opportunities to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities such as Autism and Down Syndrome.

As the Director of Nursing (DON) at Clearbrook, you will have the responsibility to provide nursing services to clients in the CILA Program in accordance with their needs. Provide medication administration training to employees per DHS guidelines and maintain caseload in accordance with Rule 116 and sound medical practices. The DON has responsibility for the integrity of the medical services of the program.

• A minimum of a Nursing diploma,Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• At least two years of related experience in the past five years
• DHS approved RN Trainer with at least 5 years of experience preferred
• Must have a current Ilinois
  
  RN License
• Computer experience is preferred
• Must be able to perform a two person lift
