The Cardiac/Stepdown RN provides high-quality, patient-centered care to adults requiring cardiac monitoring, complex medication management, and telemetry support. The ideal nurse demonstrates strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced progressive care environment.

Requirements:

Active RN license in Illinois

Minimum 2 years of recent Cardiac, Stepdown, or PCU experience

BLS and ACLS (required)
