A senior living community is seeking a Nursing Supervisor (RN) to lead and support clinical operations during night shifts within a skilled nursing setting. This role offers a consistent overnight schedule and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on resident care and team performance.

What You’ll Do
  • Provide high-quality, compassionate nursing care to residents as needed
  • Supervise and support nursing staff during overnight shifts
  • Ensure compliance with care standards, policies, and regulatory requirements
  • Lead resident assessments and support care planning processes
  • Respond to clinical concerns and urgent situations across the community
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and communicate with families as needed
  • Oversee assigned areas of the facility and maintain a safe, efficient environment
  • Foster a positive, professional, and accountable care environment
Required Qualifications
  • Active RN license required
  • Prior supervisory experience in a skilled nursing setting required
  • Strong clinical judgment and leadership skills
  • Ability to prioritize, problem-solve, and manage multiple responsibilities
  • Effective communication and team collaboration skills
