Hourly Pay Range

$36.00 - $55.80 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise, years of experience, and other factors.

  Northwest Community Hospital – Arlington Heights, IL
• Per Diem Level I – must be able to work at least 48 hours every 6 weeks, with 24 of those hours on weekend time if needed.

• Provide patient assessment and collection of health data involving patient, family, and other health care providers.
• Coordinate patient plan of care to assure interventions are consistent, safe, timely, and appropriate.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with all customers, in person, on the phone, and in writing.
• Individualize patient and family teaching based on a thorough assessment to meet their specific learning needs.
• Participate in evaluating the quality and effectiveness of nursing practice by participating in quality improvement initiatives.
• Maintain professional knowledge in current nursing practice standards, laws, and regulations.

• Successful completion of an Associate's degree or BSN from an accredited school of nursing.
• Current licensure to practice nursing in the State of Illinois.
• Current CPR certification from the American Heart Association.
