ResponsibilitiesAs a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will provide efficient, effective nursing care, ensuring positive clinical outcomes and resident/family satisfaction in compliance with state and federal regulations and the Nurse Practice Act.
Responsibilities include:
- Delivery of resident care and direction of nursing care during assigned shift
- Staff assignments, mentoring and educating nursing personnel
- Collaboration with physicians and other medical professionals
Required:
- Active, in good standing Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of practice
- Minimum one year of clinical experience
- Current BLS/CPR certification (as required by state)
Preferred:
- Prior experience as an LPN in a skilled nursing facility
- Flexible scheduling to fit personal life and childcare needs
