Job Description:
Provide professional nursing care for assigned patients in the telemetry unit, monitoring their heart rate, blood pressure, and other vital signs.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and record patients' vital signs including heart rate and blood pressure.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and document patient responses.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to ensure optimal patient care.
- Assist in the development and implementation of patient care plans.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of nursing experience, pulmonary experience preferred but not required.
- Valid IL License, BLS, ACLS, and NIH certifications.
