$36.00 - $55.80 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.
Position HighlightsWe are seeking experienced Registered Nurses with a minimum of two years of recent inpatient experience for per diem, part time, or fulltime roles in our women's and children's service line. Opportunities exist in the following specialties:
- Labor and Delivery
- Postpartum
- Antepartum
- Pediatrics
- NICU
- PICU

Per Diem Commitment Levels (per 6‑week schedule):
- Level 1: 32‑72 hours
- Level 2: 73‑110 hours
- Level 3: 111‑144 hours

- Night Shift

What You Will Do- Utilize the nursing process in planning, implementing and evaluating the patient plan of care.
- Provide nursing care to all patient populations in the department.
- Maintain regulatory compliance in individual practice.
- Assume responsibility, accountability and authority for outcomes of nursing care.
- Guide and direct assigned unlicensed nursing personnel in delivering patient care.
- Positively contribute to safety outcomes and promote high‑quality patient experience.
- License:
Current professional Nursing Licensure in the State of IL required. - Education:
BSN degree preferred. - Certification: BLS, PALS and NRP certification through AHA required.
- Experience:
2‑years current hospital nursing experience required in Labor and Delivery, Postpartum, Antepartum, Pediatrics, NICU, or PICU.
