Position: Registered Nurse
- Medical Pulmonary Unit
- Nights
- Performs patient assessments and collects health data from patients, families, and healthcare team members.
- Coordinates individualized care plans to ensure safe, effective, and timely interventions.
- Communicates clearly with patients, families, and colleagues in person, over the phone, and in writing.
- Provides personalized patient and family education based on comprehensive assessments.
- Participates in quality improvement initiatives to evaluate and enhance nursing practices.
- Maintains current knowledge of nursing standards, laws, and regulations.
- Associate's degree or BSN from an accredited nursing program.
- Current Illinois nursing license.
- CPR certification from the American Heart Association.
