Certified Nursing Assistant - CNA - The Lutheran Home Hearthstone Assisted Living

$19.00-$22.50/hour for part-time, $21.00/hour for PRN, based on experience. Two ways to join our team: a set part‑time schedule or flexible PRN shifts. Build real relationships with residents in a close‑knit assisted living community.

Hearthstone is the assisted living community at The Lutheran Home in Arlington Heights. As a CNA here, you'll provide hands‑on personal care and get to know the residents you support.

• Provide hands‑on personal care to residents
• Assist with nurse‑delegated tasks such as recording vital signs and operating mechanical lifts
• Support residents with daily activities and personal routines
• Build meaningful relationships with residents through consistent, attentive care

Required:

• Active Illinois CNA certification
• Must be 18 years of age or older

Preferred:

• Prior experience in assisted living or long‑term care

• Part‑time: $19.00-$22.50/hour, based on experience
• PRN: $21.00/hour

• Part‑time: 11:00 PM-7:00 AM every Monday, Friday, and every other weekend
