Endeavor Health in Arlington Heights, IL is seeking an RN Care Manager to join our team. This full-time, 40-hour/week role runs Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with rotating every third weekend and one summer/one winter holiday coverage.
IL licensure is required; BSN preferred, with 2 years clinical nursing experience. EMR knowledge and case-management certification are valued. We offer premium pay, tuition reimbursement, health/dental/vision options, and retirement benefits.
