Hourly Pay Range: $36.00 - $55.80 – the rate is determined by a candidate’s expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

  7:00pm – 7:30am, weekend as needed
• Per Diem Commitment:
  Must work at least 48 hours every 6 weeks, including 12 hours of weekend time.

• Provide patient assessment and collection of health data involving patient, family and other health care providers.
• Coordinate patient plan of care to assure interventions are consistent, safe, timely and appropriate.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with all customers, in person, on the phone and in writing.
• Individualize patient and family teaching based on a thorough assessment to meet specific learning needs.
• Participate in evaluating the quality and effectiveness of nursing practice by engaging in quality improvement initiatives.
• Maintain professional knowledge of current nursing practice standards, laws and regulations.

• Successful completion of an Associate’s degree or BSN from an accredited school of nursing.
• Current licensure to practice nursing in the State of Illinois.
• Current CPR certification from the American Heart Association.
