Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - High-Pay Full-Time Opportunity

Are you an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) looking for a higher hourly rate? The Lutheran Home Skilled Nursing is seeking dedicated nurses who prefer increased earnings through our Pay in Lieu of Benefits (PIB) program.

In this full-time role, you'll be a key member of our nursing team, helping residents maintain their highest level of health, comfort, and independence in a supportive long-term care environment.

• Earn $39.00 per hour
• Consistent full-time schedule
• Work alongside an experienced clinical team
• Make a meaningful impact on residents every day
• Additional shift differentials available

• Deliver direct nursing care and oversee resident wellness
• Observe and report changes in resident condition
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
• Support individualized care plans and clinical interventions
• Partner with physicians, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals
• Ensure accurate charting and regulatory compliance
• Foster positive relationships with residents and families

Required

• Active Illinois Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
• At least one year of Long-Term Care experience

Ideal Candidates Will Have

• Skilled Nursing or rehabilitation experience
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• A resident-centered approach to care

• 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM
• 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
• 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
