LPN, Physician Practice: Hands-On Patient Care

Sarah Bush Lincoln is seeking an LPN to support physician practices in Fayette County. You will assist with patient exams, coordinate follow-up tests, document care in the medical record, and teach patients about their plan of care.

You may perform lab duties, process prescriptions, and ensure pre-certifications are obtained. Applicants should have a high school diploma, be CPR/BLS certified within 90 days, and be a graduate of an accredited LPN program;
Illinois LPN license is required.
