Must-Have:
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
Description:
Deliver exceptional patient care to adult and geriatric populations.
Ensure safety, comfort, and high-quality outcomes throughout all cardiovascular procedures.
Provide holistic support, addressing the physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs of patients.
Collaborate closely with physicians, offering continuous updates and timely communication regarding patient status.
Prepare and maintain procedure rooms, ensuring all equipment is functioning properly and ready for use.
Manage supplies and inventory, gathering case-specific materials to ensure efficient workflow.
Monitor physiologic and hemodynamic data during diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
Ensure accurate interpretation and rapid response to changes in patient condition.
Continuously assess and document patient condition while in the Cath Lab.
Maintain thorough and precise records of patient care.
Support quality initiatives, participating in performance improvement and continuous quality improvement activities.
