Position: Registered Nurse
- Neurology Unit
- Days
Location: Northwest Community Hospital, Arlington Heights, IL
Type: Full Time, 36 hours/week
Responsibilities Include- Performing patient assessments and collecting health data involving patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Coordinating patient care plans to ensure interventions are safe, timely, and appropriate.
- Communicating effectively with patients and team members in person, via phone, and in writing.
- Providing individualized education to patients and families based on thorough assessments.
- Participating in quality improvement initiatives to evaluate nursing practice effectiveness.
- Maintaining current knowledge of nursing standards, laws, and regulations.
- Associate's degree or BSN from an accredited nursing program.
- Current nursing license in Illinois.
- Current CPR certification from the American Heart Association.
