Greet customers and proactively approach athletes to understand their needs and support their shopping experience by providing helpful, accurate product knowledge and customer service;  Uphold company merchandising and presentation standards by following floor sets, signage, price changes, and inventory presentation;
Promote company programs such as customer loyalty program participation, warranty sales, and private label credit card enrollment;
Adhere to policies and procedures related to safety, loss prevention, and operating guidelines;
Create an inclusive store environment and support the team across the store
