Overview

In our stores you will deliver a high‑touch athlete experience by guiding athletes through checkout, loyalty programs, and services with confidence and expertise. As an Advisor you build strong connections, drive engagement, and help create a seamless and memorable end‑to‑end shopping journey.

• Greet teammates and athletes, proactively approach them to understand their needs, and provide accurate product knowledge and customer service.
• Uphold merchandising and presentation standards by following established floor sets, signage requirements, price changes, inventory presentation, and replenishment standards.
• Promote company programs, including customer loyalty program participation, warranty sales, and private‑label credit card enrollment.
• Adhere to established policies and procedures related to safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures, as well as laws and guidelines of external governing entities, including those of the Federal ATF.
• Create an inclusive store environment where everyone feels welcome, safe, and treated with respect.
• Take an all‑hands‑on‑deck approach to support the team across the store.
• Perform any other tasks as assigned.

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.

• Targeted pay range: $15.00 – $22.00 per hour (starting rate may vary by location, experience, and position).
• Actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
