Our call center is the front line of our business—and we’re looking for motivated, tech‑savvy appointment setters who thrive in a structured, performance‑driven environment.

Location: Arlington Heights, IL (On‑site)

Compensation: $40,000 base + Commission | Top earners $70K–$80K+

• Make high‑volume outbound calls to homeowners who have expressed interest in basement remodeling
• Qualify prospects using a clear script and criteria
• Schedule in‑home consultations for our design and sales team
• Accurately document calls, outcomes, and notes in our CRM
• Follow daily call, appointment, and quality benchmarks
• Maintain focus and consistency in a fast‑paced, repetitive workflow

• $40,000 base salary
• Commission and performance incentives
• Realistic total earnings of $55K–$65K
• Top performers can earn up to $80,000+ annually

• Coachable mindset with a desire to improve performance and earnings
