The BDC Agent is responsible for managing internet and phone leads, communicating with customers, and setting confirmed appointments for the sales team. This is a high‑impact role directly tied to sales performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle all incoming leads (internet, phone, text)
  • Respond quickly and professionally using Vin Solutions
  • Set and confirm appointments for the sales team
  • Follow up with:
    • Internet leads
    • Missed opportunities
    • Previous customers
  • Maintain consistent communication with Sales Managers
  • Ensure all appointments are properly confirmed (no guessing)
  • Log all activity in CRM accurately
Daily Expectations
  • High volume of outbound calls and follow‑ups
  • Fast response time on all new leads
  • Strong communication and persistence
  • Proper tracking of all customer interactions
Requirements
  • Previous BDC or call center experience preferred
  • Strong communication skills (phone, text, email)
  • Ability to handle objections and stay persistent
  • Organized and detail‑oriented
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment
