Position OverviewAs a Part‑Time Canvassing / Field Marketing Representative, you will engage with homeowners in targeted neighborhoods, generate interest in our services, and set qualified appointments (demos) for our sales team. This high‑energy, performance‑driven role offers strong earning potential through hourly pay, bonuses, and commissions.
Key Responsibilities- Canvass assigned neighborhoods to introduce Matrix Basement Finishing services
- Engage with homeowners and build rapport in face‑to‑face interactions
- Generate and set qualified in‑home appointments (demos)
- Accurately input lead information into company systems
- Represent the brand professionally in the field
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize lead generation efforts
- Competitive hourly pay + uncapped earning potential
- Performance‑based bonuses and commissions
- Part‑time schedule with flexibility
- Growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding company
- Ongoing training and support
- Base Pay: $20/hour
- Demo Bonus: $50 per qualified demo set
- 1.5% commission on sales generated from canvassing leads
- 1% commission for shows and events
- 0.5% commission for open house leads
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working outdoors and walking neighborhoods
- Self‑motivated with a results‑driven mindset
- Ability to handle rejection and stay positive
- Prior canvassing, sales, or customer‑facing experience preferred (not required)
