We are hiring — Regional Sales Manager, Mid-West.

Rainbow Robotics is a full‑stack robotics company. We started with humanoids – the most complex form of robotics – and built every core technology from the ground up. That foundation powers our entire lineup today: collaborative robots, mobile manipulators, quadrupeds, and mobile robots. We design and manufacture all of it ourselves, from core components to integrated solutions.

Now we’re growing our North America team out of Chicago, and we’re looking for a results‑driven sales professional who knows how to win in the industrial automation space.

About the Role

We are seeking a results‑driven Regional Sales Manager to lead business development and revenue growth within the assigned territory. This role is responsible for developing sales pipelines, managing key accounts and channel partners, and delivering automation solutions using collaborative robots and intelligent robotic systems.

  • Own and execute regional sales strategy to achieve revenue targets
  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline from prospecting through deal closure
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with system integrators (SI) and end users
  • Lead solution‑based selling through product demonstrations and collaboration with engineering teams
  • Maintain accurate forecasting, reporting, and pipeline visibility
  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience in robotics or industrial automation
  • Experience in solution‑based selling of collaborative robots (cobots) or industrial robotic systems
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Existing network within system integrators (SI), OEMs, or manufacturing customers
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills
  • Willingness to travel 30–50%
