We are seeking a determined, self‑motivated, persuasive, honest, hard working person who has elite people skills to join our team as a remodeling consultant. If you have a passion for exteriors, love meeting with people, and work well in a performance based environment, we'd love to talk to you!
At Erdmann Exterior Designs, we offer a 10 week paid training period, all of the leads you will need, and uncapped earning potential once you get going. You will also be provided a company phone, computer, as well as mileage reimbursement to help you through the process to go with our benefits package we have available.
An Ideal Candidate Would Have The Following- Some sales experience
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Industry experience is a plus but not necessary
- A clean driving record and valid license with a working vehicle and insurance
- Climb on roofs
- Knock on strangers doors
- Run leads 7 days a week
- Post High School Education - Bachelor’s degree or higher (Business, Sales and Marketing, or related fields are preferred).
- Sales Experience - 3 – 5 years of high impact /outside sales experience.
- Sales Hunter – The position is built for someone who possesses a hunter mentality with a strategic approach and is eager to progressively pursue advancement within the organization through achieved performance.
- Consultative Approach – Must be able to uncover needs by asking the right questions and providing consultative solutions.
- Demonstrated problem‑solving and negotiation skills
- Effectively take action to identify and understand issues. Resolve customer enquiries by developing appropriate solutions while also exhibiting sound judgement.
- Think critically and make decisions that will not only immediately influence the market, but also develop long term growth.
- Know the competitive sales landscape to always be in a position to discuss the product knowledge and to make decisions that positively influence the market.
- Become a trusted subject matter expert to your customers.
- Build solid relationships with customers and co‑workers.
- Measurable sales growth within territory with both current & new customers.
