Automotive sales experience is NOT required. We will train the right person. If you have automotive sales experience, we’d love to talk to you. But if you’ve never sold a car before and have the personality, work ethic, competitive drive and desire to succeed,

As an Automotive Sales Professional, you will:
- Assist customers in selecting the right new or pre-owned vehicle
- Build relationships with customers throughout the buying process
- Demonstrate vehicles and explain features and technology
- Conduct professional vehicle test drives
- Follow up with internet leads, phone inquiries and previous customers
- Develop repeat and referral business
- Maintain relationships with customers after the sale
- Learn Ford products, programs and available technologies
- Work closely with our sales and management teams to provide an exceptional customer experience
- Represent Arlington Heights Ford professionally in the dealership and community
We’ll teach you the automotive business.
New team members receive hands-on training, coaching and ongoing professional development designed to help them become successful automotive sales professionals.

- Previous automotive sales experience is a plus, but it is NOT required. Experience in hospitality, restaurants, retail, wireless sales, real estate, insurance, customer service or other people-focused industries can also translate extremely well into automotive sales.
- Must have a valid driver's license and a good driving record
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.A.
- Must pass pre-employment background check/screening
