As the Field Trainer, you will be responsible for training, managing, and communicating with the sales team to ensure their success. Your focus will be on cold call selling, referral generation, and insurance processes. By dedicating part of each workday to supporting the sales team in the office and field, you will help new salespersons reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities- Assist salespersons with training in selling and paperwork processes
- Facilitate weekly sales trainings and field training for new reps
- Conduct weekly sales meetings and maintain regular communication with the sales team
- Be available in the evenings and on weekends to support the sales team
- Lead and develop a sales team of at least 10 members, each selling $500,000 annually
- Motivate the sales team to turn in a minimum of 5 job projects per month
- Maintain daily accountability with each salesperson and enforce company activity expectations
Collect signed agreements and track the sales pipeline
- Proven sales, training, and management experience
- Strong communication and motivational skills
- Ability to analyze sales data and set weekly goals
- Knowledge of insurance processes and proper selling techniques
