• Diagnose residential HVAC systems and present clear repair vs. replacement
• Sell your own equipment, repairs, and solutions directly to homeowners
• Maximize ticket value while delivering honest, high-level customer service
• Run calls efficiently with a clean truck and an organized job site
• Participate in sales, technical, and manufacturer training

• Residential HVAC experience (recommended)
• Confidence in presenting options and closing sales
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Ability to pass background and drug screening
