• Pay Range: $30 - $35 per hour contingent upon experience

• Active PERC card
• Must have a clean driving record and own transportation
• 2+ years of experience installing security systems (CCTV, Access Controls, Intrusion Detection)
• 2+ years of experience as a service technician for troubleshooting card access systems

• Minimum of 2+ years in servicing commercial access control, IP-based video systems, and intrusion alarm systems
• At least 2 years of experience troubleshooting and programming networked access control and IP video systems, including work on customer networks
• Experience as a multi-site Network Support Specialist or similar role is acceptable
• Ability to support customer systems via remote diagnostics with professionalism
• Essential knowledge and practical experience with the internet and networking
• Ability to work independently and resolve problems to customer satisfaction
• Must possess a valid driving license and a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)

• Service, troubleshoot, and test enterprise security systems with minimal supervision. Preferred knowledge of access control, IP video surveillance, intrusion, and visitor management systems.
• Troubleshoot and program networked IP video systems and access control devices.
• Service commercial intrusion alarm systems and other IoT connected systems.
• Maintain detailed, structured, and timely work practices.
• Understand the importance of thorough documentation and clear communication.
• Provide exceptional customer service when interacting with clients.

• Minimum Requirement:
  High School diploma or GED.
• Preferred:
  Electronics training from a Technical School or Military training in electronics or communications.
