Join our team as an HVAC Installer, where you will be responsible for HVAC installs on active job sites, including both unit and duct work. You will primarily engage in sheet metal work, which involves bending, cutting, and running ducts to specified locations. This role requires the ability to read blueprints and follow them accurately to ensure successful project completion. Projects range from small, single-unit commercial spaces to large multi-family residential complexes.

• Perform HVAC system installations on active construction job sites
• Execute sheet metal work, including bending, cutting, and duct installation
• Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate and efficient project execution
• Work on a variety of projects ranging from small commercial spaces to large residential developments
• Travel to job sites using a personal vehicle and maintain required basic tools
• Collaborate with team members and other trades on construction projects
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain compliance on job sites

• Proven experience in sheet metal fabrication
• Hands-on experience with new construction HVAC installations
• Experience in ductwork installation
• Ability to safely and effectively use power tools and hand tools
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints
• Experience with insulation installation
• HVAC service and troubleshooting experience

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Arlington Heights, IL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr.
