We are offering a $6000 sign‑on bonus for anyone that is a certified CDJR Diesel Technician! The Ed Napleton Automotive Group is looking for our next Automotive Diesel Technician
. This position will be located at Arlington Heights Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM and will be responsible for vehicle repair and maintenance in accordance with dealer and factory standards.

• Perform vehicle repair and maintenance work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards.
• Communicate with Parts Department and Service Advisors regularly to manage production and customer communication.
• Diagnose causes of malfunctions and perform necessary repairs.
• Explain technical diagnoses and needed repairs to non‑mechanical individuals, including employees and customers.
• Stay abreast of factory technical bulletins and participate in factory‑sponsored training classes as appropriate.
• Keep store management aware of mechanical repair problems as they occur.
• Maintain an organized work area.

• Diesel Technician experience.
• Ase certification desirable.
• Excellent customer service.
• Strong communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Age 18+ to comply with company driving policy.
