Waterproofing & Structural Restoration Foreman

Sun Coast Restoration and Waterproofing seeks a Waterproofing & Structural Restoration Foreman to lead field crews on concrete repair, façade restoration, and waterproofing projects. The Foreman will plan daily work, read drawings, coordinate materials and access, and ensure safe, high-quality execution. Responsibilities include supervising installers, enforcing safety standards, monitoring production, and documenting work.
