Integrations Developer

Federated Group is a premier private brand sales/marketing firm specializing in the retail grocery and food service industries. Federated provides services in brokerage, brand management, wholesale distribution, third party logistics and design services.

We are seeking an Integrations Developer with 2-3 years of experience to design, build, and maintain data integrations across multiple enterprise systems. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience with EDI solutions, system‑to‑system data exchange and process optimization, along with strong technical and problem‑solving skills.

• Design, develop, and maintain integrations between multiple enterprise systems to ensure seamless data flow
• Analyze business requirements and implement efficient data exchange solutions across platforms
• Develop and manage Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) processes, including mapping, validation, and troubleshooting
• Work with business stakeholders to model and optimize business processes using integration solutions
• Build and maintain integrations using tools such as IBM Sterling Integrator and True Commerce
• Develop queries and stored procedures using Microsoft SQL Server
• Create and maintain Excel macros using VBA to automate reporting and data manipulation tasks
• Monitor integration performance, identify issues, and implement improvements.
• Document integration processes, system flows, and technical designs
• Stay current on emerging technologies and propose innovative approaches to improve integration efficiency and scalability

• 2-3 years of experience in systems integrations
• Proven experience working in environments with interconnected systems, designing optimal methods for data exchange
• Hands‑on experience with retail or grocery EDI requirements and EDI mapping
• Familiarity with SFTP and AS2 exchange protocols
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server, including query writing and database development
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams
• Detail‑oriented with a commitment to delivering high‑quality solutions
• Ability to manage multiple priorities

• Experience with business process modeling and workflow design
• Familiarity with APIs, web services, and middleware technologies
• Exposure to cloud‑based integration platforms a plus
