Hours

Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM (ability to work overtime as needed)

What you will be doing:

You will ensure safe maintenance, repairs, and replacement of plant equipment and systems. You will be responsible for maximum productivity and quality in accordance with safety, health, and fire regulations.

  • Maintains and repairs all equipment, buildings, and facilities
  • Troubleshoots all machinery and conveyor systems
  • Uses Pick2

    Light systems, which analyzes computer system errors enabling maintenance to make repairs, reset faults, etc., as needed
  • Establishes and coordinates priority work projects and repairs
  • Performs additional job-related responsibilities as assigned to support departmental objectives and organizational success.
Skills needed to be successful in this role:
  • Collaborates effectively across teams while adhering to organizational values.
  • Maintains organized work processes and effectively manages competing priorities.
  • Effectively communicates ideas, information, and recommendations through presentations.
  • Demonstrates proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Proficient in WCS, DMS, BHS, conveyor PM, and MHE Systems.
  • Experience with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) systems preferred.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma.
  • 2+years related experience or technical training.
  • Stocks and organizes products, including fragile items, safely and accurately.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks like walking, bending, and stooping.
  • Ability to review and process shipping documents.
  • Supports process and logistics improvement initiatives.
  • Follows established safety guidelines and OSHA regulations to maintain a safe work environment.
  • Ability to work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures.
  • Authorized to work in the United States on a full-timebasis.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) systems preferred.
