We are looking for an experienced Director of Plant Operations / Maintenance Director to join our thriving community in Round Rock, Texas.

Director of Plant Operations / Maintenance Director

• Perform the primary duties to ensure smooth mechanical operations of all facility equipment.
• Develop and implement a preventative maintenance program for facility equipment.
• Monitor the status of building physical equipment and take appropriate actions to remain in compliance with OSHA and fire regulations.
• Inspect, maintain, and test fire alarm and emergency systems; maintain records of test results.
• Maintain heating and cooling systems in proper working condition; inspect systems before seasonal changes and pre-start for proper operation.
• Maintain repair logs and provide timely corrective actions.
• Maintain drain, access areas, grease traps, waste areas, and mechanical rooms.
• Assist in determining departmental staffing and contribute to budget planning and wage decisions.

• High school diploma or GED
• Associate degree in vocational field and/or vocational training in electrical, mechanical, architectural engineering, refrigeration, heating and cooling, or plumbing preferred
• Minimum of five (5) years of supervisory experience in a maintenance-related role
• HVAC experience required
• Must be local to Texas
• Must be licensed in accordance with current applicable standards, codes, labor laws, etc.
