Overview:
We are seeking an IT Field Technician I to provide on-site technical support, primarily focused on printer repair, field dispatch services, and basic laptop repair. This is a remote-based role with daily travel to customer locations within the designated service area.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform on-site printer repair and maintenance.
• Provide field dispatch support to customer locations.
• Troubleshoot and repair laptops as needed.
• Drive to client sites daily (approximately 30 75+ miles per day).
• Respond to service calls, including occasional overtime and after-hours support.
• Participate in on-call rotation as required.
• Utilize Clearvision/Fieldvision systems for service management and reporting.

• Minimum 1 year of field technician or related IT support experience.
• Hands-on experience with printer repair.
• Field dispatch experience required.
• Valid driver s license and reliable transportation.

• CompTIA A+ certification (preferred but not required).
