Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Floor Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate has experience in floor care and is also willing to assist with general commercial cleaning as needed.
Responsibilities:
* Strip and wax floors
* Operate sit-down and walk-behind floor scrubbers
* Perform carpet cleaning and VLM (Very Low Moisture) cleaning
* Use buffer and burnisher machines
* General cleaning (sweeping, mopping, dusting, restrooms, trash removal, etc.)
* Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment
* Travel to multiple job sites as required
Requirements:
* Experience with floor care equipment (buffer, burnisher, scrubbers)
* Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs and perform physical tasks
* Must be reliable, on time, and able to work independently
* Must have a positive attitude and be respectful to clients and coworkers
* Ability to work at a fast pace and multitask
* Uniform required (provided)
Schedule:
* Flexible hours available
* Evening and weekend shifts may be required
* Full-time and Part-time positions available
