As a Floor Cleaning Technician and Service Master Service Partner, you will support a team that works together to deliver the best solutions and customer service to our clients.

We are looking for experienced, dependable cleaning subcontractors to join our growing team!

Key areas:
Kitchen cleaning with experience, Floor Care experience, Warehouse cleaning, Office cleaning and Post construction cleaning.

• Consistent commercial work (offices, warehouses, retail, post‑construction)
• Clear pay terms – paid on time, every time
• Flexible hours and schedules – nights, weekends, or day porters
• Opportunity for steady repeat work – we want long‑term partnerships!

• Valid business license or ability to work as a subcontractor (1099)
• Reliable transportation and cleaning supplies/equipment for your specialty
• Commercial cleaning experience
• Able to pass background check if required by clients
• Professional attitude – we work with high‑profile accounts, so reliability is key!

• Floor care (stripping/waxing, carpet cleaning, VCT, concrete polishing)
• Post‑construction cleaning
• Specialty or high‑detail cleaning services
• Small crews available for large or rush jobs
