We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Commercial Cleaning Team Lead to join our team. This role works in conjunction with the Field Supervisor to maintain high cleaning and service standards across various job sites and demands a hands‑on approach, leadership skills, and a dedication to ensuring the success and growth of our business.

You will be responsible for maintaining a clean and sanitary environment for clients in and around Dallas, TX. The ideal candidate is flexible, takes pride in their work, is safety conscious, pays attention to detail, and understands the importance of cleanliness in a professional setting. This role plays an important part in maintaining business continuity by supporting and filling in for the Field Supervisor.

Pay Range: $16 - $19 per hour; full‑time or part‑time available. Availability to work 20‑25 hours per week.

• Support custodial staff and train new and existing cleaning staff on proper cleaning procedures, best practices, and safety protocols.
• Conduct site walkthroughs and inspections, traveling to different job sites to ensure cleaning quality standards.
• Report and address customer complaints promptly.
• Perform inventory checks at site accounts and the warehouse and inform the Field Supervisor of low stock.
• Assist with delivery of supplies to designated job sites.
• Regularly check and maintain all cleaning equipment, reporting missing or broken equipment to the Field Supervisor.
• Maintain assigned cleaning accounts and provide support for other accounts as needed.
• Visit the laundromat to wash and maintain cleaning cloths and uniforms; ensure all cleaning staff wear the proper uniform on‑site.
• Monitor attendance and punctuality of the cleaning staff.
• Maintain customer satisfaction by performing inspections and addressing complaints.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of commercial cleaning experience; previous janitorial or cleaning experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Excellent time‑management and organizational skills to complete tasks within the allotted time.
• Ability to read and follow safety guidelines and use personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Ability to handle customer complaints professionally.
• Commitment to maintaining high‑quality standards.
