Commercial Cleaning Technician

Title: Part‑Time Commercial Cleaner

Pay Range: $14.00 – $15.00 per hour

Location: Grand Prairie, TX

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Part‑Time Commercial Cleaner to join our team.

• Perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, breakrooms, common areas, windows, and walls.
• Empty trash receptacles and dispose of trash in designated containers.
• Perform surface cleaning and safely use appropriate chemical agents to disinfect surfaces and high‑touch areas.
• Monitor and restock cleaning supplies as needed.
• Assist with special cleaning projects as assigned.
• Work collaboratively with the team to meet Service Master cleaning standards.
• Communicate professionally with clients and address their specific cleaning needs.
• Report any issues or concerns such as supply shortages or equipment malfunctions to the supervisor.
• Follow company and client safety procedures.

• Previous janitorial or cleaning experience preferred but not required; training provided.
• Ability to read and follow safety guidelines and use personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Excellent time management skills to complete tasks within the allotted time.

• 0–1 year experience.
• Availability to work part‑time 15–20 hours per week.
• Availability to work mornings and/or evenings.
• Reliable transportation.
• Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
