Cleaning and Restoration Technician
Assist in retaining customers by fulfilling the company's obligations through the timely and effective delivery of cleaning and restoration services.

Skills:
Adequate math skills with the ability to apply learned techniques to determine appropriate equipment type and number of units. Computer
Skills:
Demonstrates basic proficiency in the use of computers, email, and portable devices used to report and record daily activity. 1 year of floor cleaning experience preferred, and/or some form of specialty cleaning (i.e. Stripping & Waxing Commercial Space Flooring, Air Duct Cleaning, Tile and Grout Cleaning, Upholstery Cleaning, etc.) Highly desired certificates from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) Carpet Cleaning Technician (CCT) Preferred but not required
Effectively perform Carpet & Floor Cleaning and Restoration services the company offers. Complete appropriate cleaning and restoration documentation and authorizations. Communicate effectively with customers. Perform basic equipment maintenance. Perform basic vehicle maintenance. Inspect completed work. Complete the technician's daily log. Complete Work Orders. Maintain appearance and stock of appropriate tools, materials, and supplies for company vehicles. Maintain inventory of related supplies.
Willing to learn and work with the newest equipment and technology in the industry. Willing to hold self and others accountable for maintaining company standards.
The starting pay will be $20 to $24 hourly depending on experience. Additionally, there will be many opportunities for bonuses and merit increases as the company grows. Compensation levels will reflect the experience level of the technician. Hourly rate increases as experience and certifications are gained in water mitigation, mold, trauma scene, and asbestos. Commissions and bonuses are possible on top of hourly rate.
