Lowes Hotels -  - Responsibilities:
Perform general repairs and maintenance across the hotel;
Respond promptly to maintenance requests in guest rooms, meeting spaces, public areas, and back of house locations;
Assist senior engineers with complex maintenance tasks and troubleshooting;
Execute work orders dispatched via HotSOS or other systems, ensuring timely completion;
Replace light bulbs and maintain proper lighting throughout the property;
Maintain and stock supplies and tools in storerooms and on floors to support daily operations;
Communicate status updates on maintenance requests to supervisors for efficient coordination;
Monitor building systems to ensure safe, economical, and efficient operation;
Assist guests with maintenance-related requests, ensuring satisfaction through follow-up;
Support preventive maintenance programs and contribute to sustainability initiatives by monitoring energy use;
Maintain cleanliness and organization in work areas and comply with all safety regulations and hotel policies
