Westdale Asset Management in Arlington, TX is seeking a Service Supervisor for our 420-unit community. You will oversee maintenance operations, diagnose and repair unit issues, and manage safety and records while staying within the budget.
The ideal candidate has at least five years on-site property maintenance experience, EPA Level II or Universal Refrigerant certification, and strong customer service. On-call weekends and a Texas driver’s license are required.
