Overview

Casas Chiquita LLC is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Short-Term Rental Cleaner to support one of our vacation rental properties located at Massanutten Resort
.

Position Overview:

The cleaner will be responsible for maintaining high cleanliness standards, managing basic inventory levels, and preparing the property for incoming guests between stays.

• Perform thorough turnover cleans between guest reservations
• Ensure all areas meet short-term rental quality standards
• Monitor, manage, and restock essential household and cleaning supplies
• Report low inventory levels and restocking needs in a timely manner
• Report any damages, missing items, or maintenance concerns
• Maintain consistency, timeliness, and strong attention to detail

• Previous short-term rental, hotel, or professional cleaning experience
• Dependable, punctual, and able to meet turnaround timelines
• Comfortable tracking supplies and communicating restock needs
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed
