** Pay Rate:** $20.00/hour
Adecco is currently seeking a dependable
** Maintenance Technician
** for a temporary assignment at a residential property in Arlington, VA. The ideal candidate will have general maintenance experience and be comfortable performing routine property upkeep tasks.
** Responsibilities:*
* + Change light bulbs, air filters, and smoke detector batteries.
+ Use drills and basic hand tools to complete maintenance tasks.
+ Safely climb ladders and perform work at varying heights.
+ Organize and maintain the maintenance office and supplies.
+ Conduct property walk-throughs and identify maintenance issues requiring attention.
+ Assist with general repairs and preventative maintenance as needed.
+ Help maintain a clean, safe, and well-kept property environment.

* Qualifications:

* + Previous general maintenance experience preferred.
+ Ability to use basic hand and power tools.
+ Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
+ Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
+ Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
This is a great opportunity for someone with hands-on maintenance experience looking for a temporary position in a residential setting.
** Pay Details:** $20.00 per week
