Keystone-Management is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician III to perform preventive maintenance and repair of building plumbing, mechanical, electrical, and control systems, including refrigeration and A/C units. Duties include filter changes, coil cleaning, light bulb replacement, painting, basic carpentry, and PMs on equipment.
The role requires strong safety discipline, OSHA compliance, and the ability to use a CMMS for work orders, with on-call responsibilities and flexible hours.
