Complete work orders from resident requests and preventative maintenance by diagnosing defects and repairing per policies and safety standards;
Complete the make-ready process for vacant apartments including pre-move-out inspection, punch list, vendor coordination, supplies, and inspections;
Track inventory and request replenishments from the maintenance department and notify supervisor when re-ordering is needed;
Complete documentation and paperwork to document and track service requests;
Assist in maintaining grounds, common areas, and amenities including cleaning, pressure-washing, painting curbs/signage, and waste removal
