Maintenance Supervisor

The Maintenance Supervisor is a hands-on leader responsible for supporting daily facilities operations while creating a safe, secure and welcoming environment for residents, guests and team members. This role supervises maintenance team members and ensures building systems operate efficiently and in compliance with safety standards.
What You'll Do:
- Supervise and support daily maintenance operations and team assignments
- Perform hands-on repairs including plumbing, electrical, HVAC and mechanical work
- Oversee preventative maintenance and safety inspections
- Champion fire & life safety procedures and participate in safety committee efforts
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, Risk Management and regulatory standards
- Maintain tools, equipment inventory and maintenance logs
- Assist with painting, refurbishing and resident suite preparation
- Support move-ins, move-outs and vehicle maintenance
- Train team members on emergency procedures and safe chemical handling
- Review timekeeping and support payroll accuracy
- Assist with driving community vehicle as needed

Pay Range: 22.15 - 27.75
